Genny Dixon is a strategic global Senior Human Resources Executive, whose career has afforded her sweet 16 years as a Human Resources leader with hospitality industry frontrunner Marriott International working for BLVGARI, The-Ritz Carlton, Renaissance and Marriott Vacation Club. During that journey, she achieved expertise in the diverse hotel/resort segmentations of luxury “AAA five & four diamond” resorts, destination hotels, as well as vacation ownership properties. Her legacy as Human Resource Professional reinforced organizational development systems, enhanced people performance and streamlined people processes for hotels/resorts located in the United States, Caribbean and Europe.
As a result of her intimate dance with luxury hospitality and passion for the Caribbean – she celebrates a niche for the West Indies tourism circuit possessing working knowledge in Antigua, Bahamas, Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, British Virgin Islands and US Virgin Islands.

Genny holds the Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University and is presently pursing their Executive Master of Business Administration. She cherishes her undergraduate journey at the University of Maryland, College Park. However; her greatest achievement to date – without comparison, is being a mother to her son Eric-Raymond.
She is humbled by the millionaire’s wealth of experiences our dynamic hospitality industry has gifted her with; allowing her and her son to live from the US East Coast to the West Coast as well as across the West Indies.
Genny, joined Sunswept Resorts as their Corporate Director of Human Resources & Learning in January 2019.
