First of all, for those interested in a retreat dedicated to solo wellness travel, BodyHoliday offers very special plans. As a result, during the month of October, the resort designs each guest a personalised schedule of daily spa treatments. Added to this, fitness classes and an array of land and water sports.
The fun part is an assortment of hosted group activities, that range from cocktail and dinner parties to sunset cruises. Above all, it is Solo Wellness Travel with a large dose of fun. Every year, we invite guest fitness trainers to lead the activities.

Octoba Yoga 13th October – 3rd November
A truly restorative vacation during October, when BodyHoliday becomes the ultimate yoga retreat. Designed for everyone from the beginner to the more advanced, this month-long programme of activities, led by experienced teachers, offers limitless lessons from sunrise to sunset–featuring Hatha, Ashtanga, Shanthi and Katti yoga and meditation classes.
The holiday includes a dedicated menu of yogic foods and teas served at restaurants throughout the resort, as well as an array of special massage and therapeutic treatments at The Wellness Centre.
